Choosing the right fabric for your brand is about comfort, sustaining quality, care, and design. Multiple factors contribute to this decision-making process. Pure cotton fabric

Cotton fabric is a favorite material for producing T-shirts, and it is loved for being soft to the touch, breathable, and having great moisture-wicking capabilities, making it an ideal option for summer clothes. How is the price of fabric calculated?

Fabric prices are usually calculated per meter and depend on factors such as fabric type, quality, width and supplier. Here’s a quick rundown on fabric types and pricing dynamics:

Cotton: Commonly used fabric, cotton is typically affordable. The price per meter is different for various quality tiers and widths (usually from 1.5m to 1.8m). The price per meter varies between US$1.4 and US$7.5.

In addition to the base cost, more factors affect pricing, including colour, printing, embroidery, and processing methods. Price differences are also affected by supplier disparities. That is the reason, fabric cost on custom streetwear for us depends on several dimensions like fabric type, quality, width, color, processing techniques, and supplier. Do you have a minimum requirement for fabric orders?

In general our minimum fabric order quantity is the same as our clothing order minimum of 200 pieces per color per style. It is in response to supplier and factory mandated minimums that we maintain in order to optimize our inventory and production. To maintain the highest quality of product and service, our minimum order quantity also depends on the customer’s order requirement and the extent of customization.
