I was born in 1979 in Humen, China, a famous garment city in the world. Since childhood, I have been in a clothing family, and my family has been engaged in the clothing industry for generations. My father is a cutting master, and his love and professionalism for clothes deeply influenced me.
At the age of 16, I began to learn to make clothes from my father. Everything started from the most bitter and tiring position, and hard work all night became my normal. At that time, the happiest thing was to drink a bottle of Coke after working overtime. At that time, China’s economy was not as prosperous as it is now, humanism was not widespread in society, and only hard work could pave the way for the future. It is this kind of hard work that allows me to learn a variety of knowledge and skills in the garment industry.
In 1998, my father converted from a cutting master to open his own factory specializing in processing and sewing services for large factories. In 2002, he handed over all the affairs of the factory to me, and from then on, I officially embarked on my own garment factory career. However, I realized that I couldn’t grow my business if I just relied on processing and sewing. Therefore, in 2005, I saved enough funds to start a clothing wholesale business, and transformed the factory into a one-stop OEM customization service.
With the support of the factory, more and more customers have grown into first-line clothing brands. Among them, AIIZ in Thailand has been working with me since 2008 and is now the Uniqlo in Thailand. Celsius, an Indonesian company, has grown from just 2 stores to 300 nationwide by 2023. I am proud of all these achievements.
From the beginning of the factory, my mission is to provide one-stop service as the backing of the clothing brand. My value is to focus on high-quality products, so that every user only needs to spend a low price to enjoy branded quality products. My vision is that everyone who uses our products can feel the trend of fashion, so that every customer I serve can speak for their own brand.

In 2018, I decided to expand my business to the international market and established Tuozhen Clothing Company, which focuses on OEM customization of international streetwear. This allows quality products to reach every corner of the world.
Over the past 27 years, we have provided OEM manufacturing for many internationally renowned clothing brands, covering men’s wear, street wear, fashion clothing brands, men’s and women’s casual wear, women’s light fashion dresses, etc. We have served many internationally renowned clothing brands and understand a variety of clothing production technology, design technology and fashion trends. With more knowledge and experience, we can serve every order for every clothing brand. According to the change of design style, the difference of clothing plate type and size in the processing process, due to the difference of fabric, different performance, elastic size and other factors. We have developed a set of mature control panel type, stable size, good process production management process.

The entrepreneurial story of a girl from the countryside
I grew up in the countryside with three older sisters and one younger brother. In order to relieve the burden of my parents and to give my brother a chance to study, I left my hometown at the age of 16 and went to Humen to work in a factory with my sister. At that time, the salary was very low, less than 300 yuan a month, but I still decided to send 200 yuan a month back home and do my part to help my family through the difficult times.
In the beginning, it was really hard for me. I was fired from my first factory because I was too tired and accidentally cut a piece of clothing and damaged it. It left me homeless, depressed and helpless.
However, I believe that God is fair, he closed one door, but opened another window for me. During my most difficult time, a fortuitous opportunity led me to work in the factory owned by my future husband in 1998. At that time, I was responsible for the ending process of the clothes production, trimming thread, sewing buttons and so on. Although I worked overtime a lot, I was very happy, because my husband would also work overtime with me at that time. Although we are not married yet, our feelings have deepened in those tiring nights, and laughter and hard work are intertwined.
Time passed quickly, and in 1999, he and I began a relationship. At that time, he was responsible for the ironing process, and I worked beside him, and we supported each other and grew together. Our research on the garment industry is getting deeper and deeper, and our affection for each other is getting stronger and stronger.
In 2002, he began to take over his father’s factory, and I became a skilled worker in the workshop from greenhand, and my salary increased accordingly. Although we went through a period of bad business, we didn’t give up. We set up a stall together to sell clothes. Although he was too nervous to call out, I dared to shout for business, we worked together, though not earning much, but compared to the previous working period more income came. We decided to save money and open a clothing shop, directly engaging with customers.
By 2005, his father had divided the family assets and gave to him and his brother. His brother chose to buy a house with the money, but my husband didn’t hesitate to use all the money to start a new factory. Since then, I have been responsible for managing the shop, while he focuses on running the factory. In business, our philosophy is always to put customers first, and no matter what happens, we prioritize solving customers’ problems and providing support and assistance. With this persistence, we have accumulated hundreds of customers, and embarked on the path of OEM customization.
I always maintain a conservative mindset, while he always has a long-term vision and constantly plan B for our future. We now have two children and I am the happiest woman in the world. We now choose to enter the international foreign trade market,I am responsible for managing the factory, integrating the supply chain, and doing a good job of production services for customers. My husband just needs to focus on the international market and doesn’t have to worry about factory production. Look forward to our future will be better! I will fully support my husband and be the woman behind him, while he will be the man behind the streetwear brand.
